Learn How To Create Content For Cammodel Campaigns
As a cammodel you may find yourself wearing many different hats that can range from website designer, social media specialist and then finally a camgirl performer. What many learn after entering the cammodel industry is it’s not enough to just turn on your webcam and smile because before all of that you may need to promote yourself. And although many of us know that self promotion on social media platforms such as Twitter,Instagram and Tumblr may be essential, it helps to understand how important it is to use social media to increase our cammodel brand. The how and the what seems to be a huge mystery when deciding what to share when it comes to content. The truth is it’s all about content and how to use and cultivate images that tell a story about who you are as a cammodel.
Content Is King & It’s Everywhere
The concept that Content is King derives from an article written by tech pioneer Bill Gates in 1996. It’s probably one of the most used phrases in regards to marketing and building a brand. Why is it so important and often used 20 years later? The act of creating a narrative with visual images and cultivating a brand that demonstrates who you are as a product is quite possibly more relevant now in 2017 than it ever was. Today anyone with the general knowlege of what it is that they want to project can achivew a successful campaign with the help of online apps and free software.
Picmonkey Is Free And Amazing
Well Picmonkey isn’t completely free to use if you want to use add on features like it’s storage unit simply called Hub. This is for Premium users and it lets you edit your overlays and text after you’ve saved them. Essentially the Hub is a hosting or as everyone likes to refer to hosting these days as in the Cloud. Hub also lets you keep all your photos in one convenient location, so it’s easy to pull them up when you want to edit them. Although it’s quite possible to use Picmonkey without paying the premium price of $7.99 a month, I have to admit that using it to it’s full potential can save space on your hardrive and makes access much easier across multiple devices. Not only do I use Picmonkey on my desktop to create promotional materials for blogging, tweeting and posting images, I can also use it on my mobile devices. This is great because at times when I may get busy and have to stop desiging images on my desktop I can pick up where I left off later on my smartphone when I use the Hub feature.
The ways that I like to use this service to promote myself on twitter is by creating banners and creative images that include taglines and personal quotes. In fact you can use it for just about anything including dank memes. It’s important when using social media to create marketing campaigns that show off not only your physical assets but your personality as well. One of my favorite ways of doing this is by meming myself. I pay attention to the top trending memes for the week and then I design promotional materials based on whats hot at the moment. If you stay on top of what’s trending and latest memes on social media you will never run out of ideas. And also it’s a great way to show how relatable you are.
What Is A Meme?
A ‘meme’ is a virally-transmitted cultural symbol or social idea. The majority of modern memes are captioned photos that are intended to be funny, often as a way to poke fun at it’s subject.
Canva: The Other Graphic Design Software
Although Canva isn’t as simplistic as Picmonkey due to more complexities I find that its still a really great tool for cammers to use. What’s so great about this program is it has built in tutorials right there on the website and this make it easier for cammodels to get started right away. Models can create designs for website headers and video cards for Youtube channels. It’s possible to use Canva on your desktop as well as your mobile device just like Picmonkey. It’s so easy to create content on the go and it doesn’t even require a degree in graphic design. All a cammer would need to create a visual marketing campaign is their imagination and the time to design promo materials.
Is It A Gif Or Is It Pronounced Jif?
How this word is pronounced is often debated and to this day I’m not sure exactly which pronounciation is correct. However I do know that using them on various multimedia platforms is almost required if you want to stand out. Most websites like Twitter and Tumblr have their very own library of gifs that users can choose from to tell a story. In fact gifs are so popular that smartphones now have a built in feature for gifs accessed directly from your keyboard. Other reasons cammers may want to use them could be to provide teasers for erotic content without giving away the entire clip. Currently Twitter users are able to upload videos up to two minutes on it’s platform. Personally I find that two minutes is far too long of a teaser so I opt for using gifs instead.
Camgirls and adult performers can use free programs like Gimp to create gif images however it does take a bit of practice to get it done correctly. Also using a free program such as Gimp may not provide the greatest of qualities for models. Of course there are programs like Adobe Photoshop and Vegas Pro, these programs are not free but are completely worth it. I found that after learning the curve when using freeware like Gimp picking up Photoshop was much easier.
The One The Only…Legend App For IOS And Android
One last tool I’d like to mention when creating content for your cammodel campaign is actually an app that you can use on your mobile device. It’s so simple and completely free. Its called Legend. It’s my go to app for building alluring images on the go and its so easy it’s ridiculous. You can use it to create animated images saved in a 0.06 second video format or gif. Once your image is created you can then immediately upload to your social media platform of choice.
